Dr. Raleigh Pioch, DDS

Founder & Lead Implant Surgeon
Dr. Raleigh is a board-certified Doctor of Dental Surgery and an expert in full mouth reconstruction, including veneers, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, and implants. He is the founder and owner of Revolution Dental Implant Center and Pioneer Dental Group, and the developer of the proprietary IMPower™ X4 Implant Solution.
Trained at the University of Michigan and the University of Toledo Medical Center, he brings decades of experience and leadership to every case and can deal with nearly any complication that might arise during your treatment.

Dr. Drew Phillips, DMD

Full-Arch Specialist & Implant Educator
Dr. Phillips is one of the most experienced full-arch implant surgeons in the U.S. and a respected speaker for Neodent and SprintRay. He is currently licensed in four states and travels nationally to treat complex cases and train other dentists in advanced surgical procedures.
Originally from Georgia, Dr. Phillips earned his bachelor’s in Health Communications from Rollins College while competing as a national-level water skier. He graduated as Valedictorian from the Dental College of Georgia, then completed a General Practice Residency at the Salt Lake City VA Hospital. His specialties include digital dentistry and full-arch implant surgeries, including All-on-X procedures.

Dr. Taylor Mullaney, DMD

Founder & Lead Implant Surgeon
Dr. Mullaney is the Clinical Director and head of the Prosthetic Department at Revolution. He is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a graduate of the AAID’s Maxicourse in implantology.
He holds a DMD from Oregon Health & Science University and a bachelor’s in BioMedicine from Southern Oregon University. Dr. Mullaney is committed to delivering cutting-edge, patient-focused care in full arch implant prosthetics.
